All credit card payments will be processed upon placement of an order. Lead times are subject to stock availability and are typically 6-8 weeks from receipt of order.

Delivery Times
If the goods are in stock and the order is placed before 2pm, they will be dispatched the same day to arrive a UK address during the following three working days. Where the goods are not in stock, there will be a 6-8 week delivery time which will be indicated before the transaction is processed.
Returns Policy
Provided that the goods are returned in the same condition and within seven days, VIP-Polymers will refund in full, the cost of the goods minus the cost of return post and packaging. Customers are advised that after this period, no refunds will be given on the basis of colour, instead we ask that customers take advantage of our free sample scheme.
Please contact us before returning goods as we cannot accept returned goods without a valid reason. Items which have been returned for a valid reason will be refunded or exchanged but any postage paid will not be refunded. Cancellations will only be accepted by letter, fax or email.
All recieved goods should be checked on delivery as VIP-Polymers cannot accept responsibility for defects discovered after installation.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
