VIP-Polymers rubber flooring offers the following benefits:

Aesthetics – Available in a wide range of colours and finishes. N.B. Colours shown above are for representation only.

Durability – Exceptional wear resistance, resists cigarette burns and dents from impacts. The natural elasticity of rubber ensures self-healing of most scratches and abrasions.

Anti-Slip – The naturally slip resistant surface ensures safe walking and standing even on ramps, elevators, buses and trains.

Flexibility - Will not break or crack on bending and therefore, can be applied on curved and angled surfaces.

Fire Safety – Difficult to ignite and self-extinguishing

Sound Proofing - Remarkable sound deadening properties minimise footfall sound pollution in high traffic areas and ensure a quiet and pleasant environment.

Easy to install and maintain - Can be quickly and easily installed using our recommended adhesives. It is easy to clean and maintain ensuring total satisfaction through out its life. Larger 602 x 602mm size tiles can be installed faster with fewer seams.

Value - Has one of the lowest life cycles costs of any flooring option as a result of its exceptional wear resistance and extremely long life.

Available in 2mm, 3mm, 4mm & 6mm thicknesses and in Round or Square studded design, Fleck or Vitrea pattern. Also available in smooth finish.

Laying instructions:

Can be laid with a suitable adhesive, on virtually any firm, dry, clean and level sub-floor. The sub-floor should be free from dust, grit and oil stains. VIP-Polymers will recommend a suitable adhesive depending on application.

After installation, avoid using the floor for 24 hours after laying of the tiles and cover and protect it from damage by other parallel construction/ finishing activities. Flooring =should be installed by experienced flooring contractors. Please contact VIP-Polymers for a more comprehensive guide.

Full technical and laying instructions available on request.

Please note - We do not recommend our stock range of rubber flooring tiles for outdoor use as they are not designed to be UV stable - this means that they will fade and age far quicker outdoors than they will indoors. The colours may also fade over time when exposed to direct sunlight when used indoors. The rate and degree of fading will dependent upon the amount of exposure to direct light.
